Pues sobretodo juan y su mujer muy atentos a todo y amables y como tienen todas las casas de bien cuidadas ..un encanto haberlo conocido 👍🏼

No hay desayuno y queda lejos del parking del coche pero son encantadores y el servicio y ayuda fue muy buenos

La búsqueda de la dirección a través de Google no es real, aun cuando se ponga el nombre exacto de la calle, estuvimos cerca de tres cuartos de hora dando vueltas buscando la dirección, al final cuando la encontramos y lo comentamos con la recepción nos comunicaron que ya estaban al tanto y que habían intentado comunicarse con nosotros pero no lo consiguieron, entendemos que tendrían que informar un poco mas claro la situación para que no vuelva a ocurrirle a otros futuros clientes...

The otherwise great roof terrace could have been kept a bit cleaner

Ich war im Granada-Zimmer im 3. Stock neben der Terrasse. Auf der Terrasse hat man einen wundervollen Blick über die Dächer von Arcos. Das Zimmer inkl. Bad ist einfach und schön eingerichtet. Endlich hatte ich mal wieder eine harte Matratze. Das Hotel befindet sich an der Spitze der Altstadt neben der Kirche San Pedro. Juan und Patricia sind sehr freundliche und warmherzige Gastgeber. Sie waren sehr daran interessiert, dass ich mich wohlfühle. Sehr engagiert haben sie mich mit vielen Informationen und Tipps für meinen Aufenthalt versorgt. Sie waren damit besser und freundlicher als die Dame im Tourist Office, die nach dem Aushändigen des Stadtplans auf Fragen genervt reagiert hat.

Tolle Lage. Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber. Dachterrasse mit wahnsinnig schönem Ausblick. Wir durften unser Gepäck nach Check Out noch dort lassen.

Parkhaus ca. 1km entfernt, aber der Spaziergang durchs Dorf hinauf zur Unterkunft ist schön. Manchmal fährt auch ein kostenloser Touri-Bus.

No breakfast provided however it was a short walk to several cafes. We enjoyed the experience of being in the old town with its narrow streets and ancient buildings. The spectacular views from the roof terrace were memorable. The staff were very helpful particularly when we had difficulty arranging transport to Seville - thanks so much :-)

Access to main town centre was by a small free bus (narrow streets prevented anything larger) which was full at times meaning having to wait 45 minutes for the next circuit. While this was inconvenient, the wondefully historic location more than compensated for this.
