Cottage was very clean. Location , although on a busy road was very peaceful and secure with fantastic views. Close to Youghal and near many beautiful spots for sightseeing and walks.

The outside space is limited so turning our SUV was a nightmare but you need to do this as the entrance is very narrow and leads straight onto a busy road. Our dog wouldn't go to toilet near the house so we had to walk down the road to the right with her which in the dark was daunting. Photos showed steps to a garden/ field but this was completely overgrown.

The space The location, beautiful views of the estuary The splendid isolation It had everything you need to escape the rat race Eileen was just lovely, very responsive and just leaves you to your own devices.

Its on a main road which is quite busy. The noise wasn't too intrusive, just something to be aware of if you are taking small kids.
