Casa El Nisperero

Ha sido una experiencia mejor de lo que nos esperábamos. Arnulfo ha sido un anfitrión de 10. Ha estado pendiente de nosotros en todo momento, nos ha proporcionado información valiosa sobre la isla y ha sido muy detallista. La casa tiene todo lo que necesitas, todo estaba limpio, el colchón muy cómodo y las vistas son increíbles.

No hay nada que no me haya gustado.

Un lugar en el que entrar en contacto con la isla y con los palmeros. La casa genial, con sol o sombra fuera en función de lo que te apetezca y con todo lo necesario en la cocina. Vacaciones inolvidables y un anfitrión de 10. Gracias Arnulfo!

Nuestra estancia en la Casa El Nisperero ha sido maravillosa. Casita preciosa y en un entorno fantástico. Sin lugar a dudas, en familia las mejores vacaciones que hemos disfrutado. Muchas gracias a sus dueños, Sr.Arnulfo, por su hospitalidad y atenciones contínuas. 100% recomendable!

Nos encantó todo del alojamiento. Tenía todas las comodidades y estaba súper bien equipado, tanto las habitaciones, como el baño y la cocina. Estaba muy limpio, y la atención de Don Arnulfo durante toda la estación fue de 10. Unas vistas impresionantes, y muy buena ubicación, ya que podías desconectar perfectamente del bullicio y la gente, pero estabas a media hora de la capital.

Great location for hiking. Very well supplied to cook your own food. Lovely outdoor seating areas and great for stargazing.

Only thing, as mentioned by others, double bed mattress is too soft for comfort in our opinion.

We love this totally detached, spacious property in the south of the beautiful island of La Palma. The property is well equipped and comfortable. It is useful to have a washing machine and all the household cleaning items to use during our stay. We enjoyed the front and rear gardens and we parked down in the bays opposite because we don’t mind the walk up the drive but there is space to park if required. We found the shower had plentiful hot water for our needs. There was a good supply of spare bedding and towels for our use and so we could change our beds after our first week or our two week stay. I work remotely and found it very useful to have desk with good wifi right beside it. We love the views of the San Antonio volcano, the sea and the forest and we had some very good local walks. We found it easy to shop for food and to eat out locally. This property gives extremely good value for money with all the essentials included. Above all what we really enjoy about staying here is that is feels like a very traditional Canarian lifestyle. We like that the home and locality are not overly touristic and we can enjoy the natural beauty of the surrounding landscape.

We spent 4 days in Casa El Nisperero, and were really satisfied. What we liked the most: - La Fajana is a super cozy and quiet little village with only one street and a little community park - The view from the garden is breathtaking to the ocean and San Antonio volcano - There are several hiking trails in the pine forest right behind the house (for an unforgettable memory, I really recommend climbing to "Volcán de Martin", it is only around 7 km hike from the house) - Los Canarios is only 10 minute's walk from where you can find grocery shops, bars, and restaurants - The cute little cat who was hanging around in La Fajana and was very friendly with us Casa El Nisperero was supplied with all the essentials, the terrace was super chill, the little garden was pretty with flowers and plants, and it was very good to have proper heating since the nights and mornings were cold. The host, Arnulfo was nice and welcoming, and we appreciated his flexibility. I could warmly recommend this accommodation for everyone who is looking for a cozy retreat at the edge of the forest with several hiking possibilities. I hope I can return soon for a longer period.

The only negative I can write is that the house was musty. It didn't really bother me, but my partner was more sensitive about it. However, I believe this is a common phenomenon in La Palma due to the humid air and lack of insulation in general, so this is more like a side note than negativity.
