En general nos gustó todo, desde la llegada con Pablo el anfitrión hasta el día de la salida. Volveremos seguro.

Su limpieza y todos los detalles que tenía para que la estancia fuera lo más cómoda posible.

Very nice house with beautiful grounds. Lovely evening sun area and a number of different areas to sir out in all getting g sun and shade at different times. Great hot tub. Pablo was very nice and helpful.

The house is exceptional with the really nice outside area (bbq and jacuzzi) as well as a cozy fireplace inside. For cycling it’s perfectly located and the restaurant besides is good as well. Nice for a chilled stay but also good for exploring the island especially the nature/mountains. The owner was also really friendly and helpful.

The house is located close to Roque Nublo and a lot of other hiking locations. The view from the yard to the mountains is wonderful. We managed to make some real fine steaks on the outdoor grill, and the jacuzzi in the yard was a treat. The house itself is extremely clean, and the beds are perhaps the most comfortable of any rental place I have been to (very nicely firm mattresses). Pablo communicated very well with us regarding all questions. Finally, the restaurant next door is a nice bonus. Overall, a very nice and relaxing stay.

The only little thing to fault was that the internet was rather unstable. Still sufficient for simple things like checking out hiking maps, weather and the occasional call home, but perhaps not good enough for more serious internet use. Other than that, everything else was truly perfect

The house had plenty of space for 2 people (it has 2 bed rooms). The building quality is very good. Everything was clean, practical, and tasteful. The person who restored this house to the present form deserves some big kudos. Really good job. We used the barbecue and the fireplace. The host provided some charcoal and some firewood. If you need more you need to buy it yourself, but this is fine. The views are good, facilities are very good, if you are planning to go hiking the location is great, because you can start right from the house.

Visited for a week at the turn of Jan/Feb. When we arrived we were greeted by the host, with the fire already going in the fireplace, complimentary fruit & a cooled bottle of wine (also firewood we could use), and he showed us around. House was quite spacious for two people, but not so much as to not feel cozy. We immediately felt right at home, the place has a really nice rural vibe to it, without feeling old. With a nice terrace outside, there's a great place to enjoy a cup of coffee, a meal, or just chill, especially when the weather is sunny - it did make our mornings very enjoyable as we sat outside for a bit while planning out the rest of the day. We used the barbecue once with delicious results (coal for bbq was included), and used the jacuzzi every night after a day spent touring & hiking the island - brilliant! Beds were comfy (on the firmer side, but that's what we prefer), and with AC in the two bedrooms we never felt cold throughout our stay. That is to say the weather was quite warm during the day considering the time of the year, but understandably it still got chilly at night - despite that we found ourselves only using the fireplace once or twice during our week stay. Location, being quite central, is perfect for making road trips around the island, and there are many hiking possibilities nearby, even without the need of a car. The views are spectacular, and there even is a restaurant right next door (closes quite early, as most establishments in the area - we arrived after 7pm each day, and so were only able to visit once on the weekend). All in all we thought this was a great value for money, and a perfect end to our holiday. We'd come back in an instant. Recommended!

Kitchen was reasonably equipped, although we'd really have liked a (preferably non-stick) pan for our morning pancakes and omelettes. Water pressure can get really low at times, but this didn't bother us much - we were able to take a hot shower in the evening without problems. WiFi is on the slower side, which could be understandable given the location, but if you're planning on getting some work done as well, this is something you might consider beforehand and plan accordingly. Again, wasn't a big issue for us, we managed to stream movies, just with occasionally having to wait for it to load.

The house is fantastic and even better than we could imagine. We arrived with many compliments (chocolats, fruit, wine and some wood for the fireplace) and a nice receptions from the host who was very helpful during our entire stay (by whatsapp) with anything we needed. We had a nice crib for our baby. The location is in one of the most beautiful places around the moutain (really!!). It was cold in February, but not to cold, perfect for hike and relax. At this time there are almond trees with almonds everywhere. The living room+kitchen has a fireplace and the main room has AC. The kitchen had the most important things for us to cook and a joined living room wide and confortable. Besides the living room there are 2 tables outside (different sides of the house) to enjoy meals. It was really amazing to be able to relax in the jacuzzy after a day of hiking. We even got in there with our 6 months baby when the sun was shinning. There is a restaurant right next to the house but we heard no noise from it. We didn't eat in there because we are vegetarian but the lady was really nice and helpful and told us she could get us anything supermarket itens or fresh bread daily if we needed.

This is not a problem related to the house but to the entire area (most houses will have this): avoid the weekend has the moutain becomes completely full of motorbikes and cars, the traffic and the noise is terrible for those who seek nature and peace. The house has a nice isolation but there is no escape from it once you step outside. My phone didn't get much internet connection but my husband did so I guess it's a phone limitation and we also tried to use it very little to be able to disconnect more.

Great location near Tejeda and Roque Nublo. 3 restaurants within walking distance. Hot tub was a nice bonus as was the BBQ and outdoor space.

A great house for people who are not afraid to drive on the mountain roads of Gran Canaria. Fantastic views from the terrace very good restaurant next door. The house is perfectly designed and made. Jacuzzi for two an unforgettable experience. And really close to everything because every attraction in Gran Canaria is about an hour away. But you have to be prepared for technically difficult mountain roads. I recommend to enthusiasts of cycling uphill and especially from above. We had a really great holiday.
