Finca El Campo

Beautiful grounds, facilities and rooms. Gorgeous views. Breakfast was lovely and generous. Best of all we were able to have our small dog with us for no additional cost and he loved being free to raom around the grounds. I stayed in the Delux King room which was beautiful. Although there are no cooking facilities, there is a kettle, a microwave and a mini fridge. The fridge was stocked with some drinks that could be purchased. Some snacks for purchase in the room also.

The toilet blocked after a couple of hours of being there On arrival we did not have a check in with any details etc just the key we hadn’t realised toilet paper was not to be put down the toilet which resulted in a blockage No one spoke any English which made things difficult as we are an older couple who don’t speak Spanish On arrival the pool area was packed with very noisy children and the owners were having some sort of party so didn’t really bother with us at all Breakfast was pretty appalling for the price of the stay it was a left over cakes from the party both days with bread and cheese orange juice served in cheap plastic throwaway cups which you would not expect for an establishment like this when we left after being there for 2 nights I received an email asking for my passport details address etc that should have been done on arrival also they sent me there package of lists of local things to do etc not much good then as we were in the airport we did feel as if they hadn’t really served guests in Thai way before despite the fact it was a wedding venue I didn’t really think you can mix the guests that have booked a tranquil getaway in the sun which is what it showed on the pictures with the owners having party’s very loud and late ones in the public areas
