There was no airco only ventilation , fortunately the temperature was not to high

Although I was only staying here for a work trip this house would be perfect for a nice family vacation. I listened to the ocean waves and birds chirping on the front patio every morning while drinking my coffee. The terrace on the top floor would be perfect for evening drinks to watch the sunset over the ocean. The kitchen is fully equipped and would make a family dinner in either the dining room or the tree covered back patio table an ideal place for paella sangria and memories. The wifi is strong even on the outside areas. Plenty of seating throughout the house. Laundry is available in the house. The bedrooms are separate and have plenty of room. There is a second story terrace too but the view is better on the top. Location is perfect. You have controlled access via key to the beachfront area preventing tourists from roaming your street, 1 minute walk to the beach, cafes, restaurants and a small supermarket. Ample public parking right at the entrance to the houses. Jose was very helpful in ensuring that I knew how to get to the house and made sure that I didn't have any issues. I normally stay at the Hotel Duque de Najera or Hotel Puerto Sherry but this place has ruined me and I will never stay at those hotels again if this place is available.

If you are in Spain to party the area probably isn't for you. There are no nightclubs nearby and its in a quiet neighborhood.
