GBGBGBBrilliant cottage, handy for the location. Very well heated and very well presented
A few milk sachets and tea bags would have been appreciated after a long journey but it wasn’t a problem as we were able to grab some milk nearby. Coffee was provided, we just prefer tea.

GBGBGBGBGBGBLocation was as stated literally off the M6, but you honestly couldn't hear any noise and this didn't affect the stay at all! Our older kids (and adults!) enjoyed the trampoline and garden area. Ease of check in/ out and communication was fab too.
Underfloor heating made the lodge toasty and cosy but as there were no instructions to alter it, it did get too hot at night, but it was quite nice to bask in the heat in Winter! A couple of minor maintenance issues (2 lamps not working, wall clock battery not changed, oven door unhinged) but these were reported and offered to be resolved straight away.
