Villa Asia

The location was fantastic. Easy to get to prime locations either by car or public transport. Town was great. Local shops and restaurants excellent and very friendly residents. Some of the best gelato on this planet!!! Hosts were very friendly and helpful with info re. our time there.

The info in the accommodation booklet could have had more detail e.g. how to work the tv/dvd player, how to use the appliances, etc. The info re the rubbish was out of date so was confusing to organise: a good supply of the required rubbish bags would be helpful, so as not to bother the hosts every night. It would be useful to have some tourist info re local area e.g. Positano, restaurants, etc, to get an idea of what’s on offer. This could be included in the welcome book. Handrails coming down the stairs from the bedrooms would be useful and the stairs are hard! The pool was amazing and we were aware of the situation with the pool and the trees, but would be helpful for it to be cleaned or have something to clean it with as some of the pods were very spiky underfoot.

Villa Asia is in a fantastic location just a few minutes walk from all the shops you need including two fruit and vegetable shops, two butchers and an exceptional fishmongers. Also just 5 minutes to a supermarket for essentials. Even though you're on the edge of town, the villa is spacious, airy, cool, quiet, secluded and private, with stunning views from the terrace and first floor bedroom. The addition of a small pool is such a bonus. Transport links from Sant Agata are frequent and cover the whole of the Sorrento Peninsula, there is little need for a car. There are plenty of walks in the area for those that enjoy nature. Caroline and Natale are exceptional hosts.

The location was perfect for us as a couple wanting a relaxing break from our busy lives! The house was comfortable, very clean and had all of the facilities we needed. We like to cook for ourselves when we are away and we had everything we needed to do this. The pool and garden were beautiful with views out to sea and the daily visits from the two cats each day added to the lovely atmosphere! Sant Agata is such a great little town, the quality of the local produce is second to none and you could find everything you needed within a five minute walk, we loved it. The bakery a minute up the road made the best bread in the world! Great location. It was easy to get around by public transport to the more touristy spots but we loved the fact that we could come back to Sant Agata and be away from the crowds and chill out after a day sightseeing in a down to earth Italian environment. Thank you!

Great location, easy to move to Sorrento and localities nearby. Quiet area and great view. Kitchen easy to use, pool is okay to spend the day. There are 2 lovely cats that are quite friendly and playful

Garbage classification and rules imposed by municipality are a bit of a burden and confusing. Some areas where not cleaned well but didn't affected our staying and it is completely understandable considering the size of the property.

The location was excellent for local shops but also for a fabulous view. The property had all the facilities you would need and a great outdoor space too. The hosts were extremely helpful and very quick to respond. We felt at home straight away.
