Lovely place to stay in Vila Real, with friendly and helpful hosts. Good facilities including bath and shower, washing machine, dishwasher and nicely equipped kitchen. The terraces are welcome bonuses, and the air conditioning came in useful at times. Comfortable and quiet. I hope to return!

All good, but a light on the stairs (or at least a switch upstairs to turn off downstairs lighting) would be helpful, as you have to ascend in the dark or go back down to turn off lights. Maybe a decorative stripe or something on the sloping wall in loft bedroom would help, as the white wall is so hard to 'see' and no matter how many times I tried, I often still hit my head!

Only half a toilet roll - no spares. Dishwasher but no dishwasher tablets. They should consider a welcome pack (1 dishwash-tablet per day of stay, 1 spare toilet roll, etc.).

We loved the location and size of the property. The kitchen was spacious and well-equipped, and we enjoyed the two outdoor areas. We felt very safe walking to and from the house, and parking was convenient.

Location was excellent, walking distance to all restaurants, shops and river front. House was so comfortable, our host Sara and family were so helpful and friendly and we look forward to returning

The location was great! The owner was very responsive. We did enjoy our time Vila Real de Antonio!
