Beautiful setting remote yet close to Jatiluwih. Delicious food nice and staff

Rooms do not have AC and the fan was noisy. (It wasn't too hot but the room felt a bit musty, I had requested a queen bed, but they simply pushed to twins together. That was ok, but then there were just two twin blankets rather than a single queen sized one. That made sleeping together a bit hard. The room we had was quite far from the dinning/reception area. That was not really a problem for us, but some people might be put off by the long trek.

Location is stunning. Rooms were nice.

We didnt get the room we were expecting. This place has potential but none of it is realised, many missed opportunities to make it a better experience and meet the minimum expectations of the average tourist.we didn't experience the usual Balinese friendly welcome- quite the opposite, very little effort to provide a service/ information at all. Not enough food or drink at the hotel for example. Pur room was never cleaned. The staff were friendly but didn't speak English and whilst they tried, this place suffers from inadequate management. We left early.

Beautiful location and authentic decor. The main eating area/lobby has fabulous views. The gardens are well maintained. Transportation was organised when requested. There is wifi but it's intermittent and not strong. The larger suite rooms have fabulous terraces and vaulted ceilings

There is not any proactive information provided (eg for usual facilities or services such as laundry, transportation, excursions), so you have to ask, and the staff are extremely willing and nice but seemingly nobody speaks English. There wasn't any particular greeting or welcome. There was considerable confusion about room allocations meaning we were all hanging around and going up and down steps before finally being able to settle in. The restaurant food and drink offer is limited which is fair enough in a remote location, but unfortunately they ran out of beer, and the three bottles left were unavailable because another guest had reserved them. The rooms were not very clean (cigarettes in ashtrays and considerable debris under beds), and just a general under delivery against the potential of the great setting. In our booking profile it was suggested our room was 30 square metres. That was a vast exaggeration.

Nice and quiet. Nice View from my room and great service and smiles from the staff.
