Our room was amazing with a beautiful dressing-room as well as a fabulous shower room. Suzanne has thought of everything to make you comfortable and more besides. Breakfast was wonderful with home-made and home-grown deliciousness. I've never stayed anywhere else where the bread and breakfast scones have been baked about five minutes before you eat them! Fantastic.

The breakfast was superb. Lots of choice and very fresh. The Woodland lodge is an excellent place to stay at Glendalough in the Wicklow mountains.

Casetta immersa nel verde. L'idea dei proprietari è proprio quella di voler creare una piccola oasi nella quale immergersi per uscire dalla vita di tutti i giorni. Infatti, dopo un certo orario, è richiesto (per quanto possibile) il massimo silenzio, proprio per non disturbare nessuno e dare così la possibilità di godersi anche solo il rumore della pioggia. La camera era molto spaziosa, con anche uno stanzino antibagno dove potersi sistemare prima di uscire. Letto comodo e ambiente molto curato e tranquillo. Proprietaria molto alla mano e molto disponibile anche tramite whatsapp per informazioni e aiuti

Just a beautiful setting near Glendalough Monastic Site. Home is very well maintained by the owner who has obviously put a lot of thought into ensuring her guests have a comfortable stay. The breakfast room is really the home’s kitchen which looks out onto the beautifully landscaped yard. The fire was lit for us on a blustery day and we enjoyed fresh and delicious food. Our room had a tiny dressing room that I used to read when my husband wanted to go to bed early. The room was large with an alcove sitting area.
