Caring hosts

Nice house with a big garden full of fruit trees. Excellent for exploring the East-coast of Sicily. Noto is very close. Very helpfull hosts.

10 minutes from Noto by car. Kind owner. Private parking. Coffee machine and capsules. Welcome drinks.

-The smoke from burning wood on the garden stung my eyes and made it difficult to breathe. And the road noise was so loud. So I couldn't relax at all. -The shower curtain was not clean. -The extra bed(20 euro extra charge)was too small even for a 153cm tall child. So we couldn't use the extra bed. -It's too inconvenient to wait for the owner to come when checking out.

Beautiful location outside of town . Great welcome from owners and good facilities in room to make some food if desired . Although near the main road unable to hear the noise of traffic on road .

Maybe putting a sign on the gate even if only when guests are due to arrive . If staying there it’s the first gate just off the road to your left side ..

This is a great get away. The room offered everything you might need. I valued the cleanness and the kitchenette offered all you need to prepare a small meal. The bathroom was spacious , just as the room, with enough hanging opportunity. It was quite at night (except for barking dogs but you get that everywhere). The atmosphere was very welcoming, clean and modern. There was parking spaces and a secure lock.

The location was perfect, very clean and comfortable. From here Noto was just a short 10 minute drive, the natural reserve was also close by. The host Dionisio was kind and courteous.

Easy check in at 3pm as the owner came by himself, had an english translator which helped, a huge bottle of water & soft drinks were kindly prepared for us, perfect location & distance to Noto Siracusa Ragusa Modica Augusta CavaGrande beaches etc, free safe car parking, good wifi, very accommodative & communicative, very spacious for 2 person, good shower, easy trash disposal (glass paper bio plastic/metal) at the back, even had 2 fridges, surprisingly the area wasn't full of annoying flying insects, sun umbrellas were provided as it gets hot during the day, easy to handwash & dry clothes. We made simple salads & even cooked alot (meat, pasta sauce & pasta) but separately cause there is only a single portable stove. Just make sure that you use only the cork pot saucer. cause we unfortunately burnt the other 2 pot holders that were fully synthetic plastic, while we were cooking with 2 pots & 1 frying pan. The check out was easy today, eventhough it was at 6.40am.

i understand that probably the fake grass carpet is for easy maintenance, but maybe with proper flooring? cause it amazing to be out on the porch overlooking the trees and sky. if the kitchen had another table space to work on? it got crowded when we were cooking 3 things at once. perhaps more cork pot saucer please! so no one else burn more.

Very spacious room and bathroom, nice kitchen corner. The hosts were very nice, communicating well, giving all information, caring. The terrace is big. Calm place near the town and beach, highly recommended!

The walls separating the rooms are too thin. At night we could hear all that was happening from the room nextdoor

It was the best place to stay . It was quiet, in a beautiful garden. The hosts are very kind and gave us fruits from the garden , and liqueur. We are very satisfied.
