Friendly staff, excellent breakfast & early evening antipasto available with their own wine. Countryside on your doorstep with Tuscany cypress trees everywhere. Clean comfortable room.

Difficult finding it in the dark as an evening flight to Pisa. Needs an illuminated light above the sign.

Location was fantastic. House was comfortable and clean. Great country atmosphere. Response from our hosts when requesting help with organising taxis was great.

WiFi didn't work. Was ok when we first arrived and then there was none. Very frustrating when trying to organise taxis and maps ourselves. We did get a very good response from our hosts when requesting help with taxis. Beds were a little uncomfortable.

Everything about the property was excellent. The family atmosphere through the kindness and helpfulness during our stay was amazing. The breakfast was absolutely wonderful with a wide selection of well prepared dishes. The coffee that was served was also superb. Lattes for my wife and Americanos and expresso for myself. The service provided by staff from morning breakfast to the evening is remarkable. Amy the dog also brought a smile to our faces. Many thanks to Andrea and staff. I hope we have a chance to experience your hospitality again in the future.

Staff were excellent. Friendly and very helpful giving advice and suggestions with regards to places to visit and eat. Location was great for Lucca and not to difficult to get in to Pisa either. Good links to other places to visit also. Breakfast was great and staff very attentive. Somebody on hand until late for help or to deal with issues (not that we had any).

Cooling system seemed to result in floor in bathroom getting wet with condensation if warm air got in. Didn't impact our stay though. I was initially concerned that there is a camp site near the property but apart from the pool area getting busy at times it did not affect our stay at all.
