Sa Plana Nova

our room was spacious, clean and really nice furnished. The bed was comfy, the shower had good power, the pool works good for swimming and the view was awesome. The Finca is surrounded by nature. it’s super calm and peaceful with some donkeys and peacocks.

BUT even such a nice place doesn’t feel good if the host is not really welcoming. nobody says Hello or Goodmorning. in the hole house you find a lot of restriction signs. We met friends there who moved to a place close bye. As we wanted to show them the finca as an option for guests, the host came and ask them quite strict to leave the house. The vibe was just a little bit to icy for me. the kitchen is not really equipped to prepare food. it’s more like for a coffee and to store your smoothie in the fridge. all in all - with a little bit more heart it could be a paradise.

A special place far away from the standard tourism. Beautiful landscape, comfortable apartment, wonderful host.

We arrived and really liked the place at first, but when we went to bed at night we noticed that there was something in the bed that was BITING us constantly, some kind of insects. It was impossible to sleep and we woke up every 10 minutes, so we had to leave the accommodation in the middle of the night to sleep in a hotel nearby. The reaction from Sa Plana Nova was not nice. He did not acknowledge the problem and we did not feel comfortable to go back there, because he did not offer a fair solution and the way he spoke to us on the phone was disrespectful. In order to still be able to enjoy our holiday, we had to book a hotel for the whole 6 days and we never received a cent from Sa Plana Nova back, even though we have proof.
