La Casa Vieja

What an amazing find! This beautiful house and restaurant that has been in Eduardo’s family for generations exceeded all expectations and they were already high! There’s history, there’s beautiful food and Eduardo himself couldn’t be more accommodating. He shared the history of the house and showed me all the photos of his family dating back to when it was founded in 1902. The place is a slice of history with everything you need. Try the Bacalao dish which is a family recipe too, it was beautiful. Thank you Eduardo, we will be back!

Dog friendly accommodation but dogs not allowed into restaurant(fine) but also bar area which was a bit disappointing, only allowed outside on the terrace which was too cold in March.
