Good central location, if you’re driving. Easy drive to Ostuni, Monopoli, Polignano a Mare, etc. Nice, beautiful rooms. Lovely property overall.

Photos looked amazing online with all the lights on, but unfortunately we didn’t get to see it that way. All lights were off on the property. The kids were disappointed not to see it and sit out under the lights. The hot water didn’t really work. It took a very long time to warm the water up which was less than ideal in winter.

Didn't get the room we paid extra for, booked a room with 2 beds and a bath as advertised on Bookings.com but got 1 bed and no bath, when asked for the room we paid for was told that room didn't exist and (couldn't change rooms as they were booked out 🤥 If that room didn't exist 🤥 maybe a update on room description on the booking sites.

Spectacular place, surrounded by old olive groves, beautiful villa, rooms decorated with classic design furniture, very clean, quiet. A charming and very nice hostess.

it is a beautiful spot even in the middle of winter. ancient olive trees, wonderful farm lands, orange groves. Caroline’s suggestions were great - especially breakfast at a nearby farmhouse - strongly recommended.

the listing on booking.com gives directions to a different location. we had to ask Caroline for the correct directions.
