Furnas Spring Lodge

Very clean and great location. Very good communication esp when we had an issue with the toilet.

2-floor property, relatively close to all the needed location. Garden with chickens and BBQ area. Fridge in the room. Automatic self check-in. Two air conditioners on both floors. Kitchen with all needed things.

The property was not fully cleaned, there was no duvet cover, only a bedsheet under the duvet. No dishwasher, what is essential in places with shared kitchen.

excellent location (a few steps away from Terra Nostra Park, the lake, places of volcanic activity, shops and cafes), a very cozy beautiful quiet house and garden, a picturesque village, very friendly people around, an atmosphere of relaxation, harmony and comfort. we were there for Christmas and the house was beautifully decorated and we had a warm welcome, it was very nice. the nature around is absolutely special. There are chickens, ducks and fish in the yard. Many thanks to the owners of the house for their help, quick response, and for their efforts to create a festive mood!

The room is really cozy and well equipped and so is the communal kitchen. Loved the welcome bread. Bed is big and good.

We had some trouble checking in due to a wrong code. Normally no problem, but when travelling with a baby it's a bit inconvenient. We also had the light of the Aircon (which is above the bed) switching on at night (and couldn't find a way to turn it off) which made sleeping impossible. We had no luck with the weather which made the place incredibly damp, even with the dry function on the Aircon on all the time. It's just bad luck, but we ended up with mold on our stuff in the bathroom after just two nights. 😅 All in all still a bargain, the place looks great and with better weather I'm sure it's fantastic.
