Furnas Spring Lodge

The entire downstairs smells strongly of mould, the aircon did not work and the keypad was broken. Host confirmed a twin bed set up via message upon booking but only a double is available. Staff then ignored my questions about this (but messaged about other things like check out time). Not as described - I would have just booked another property instead had they not lied about a twin bed being confirmed as an option during the free cancellation period so that was frustrating and unnecessary.

De locatie is perfect. Je loopt zo gemakkelijk het kleine dorp in en het uitzicht vanuit de kamer was erg mooi. De persoonlijke attentie op de kamer was ook erg leuk.

Helaas zoals in eerdere recensies gelezen een erg vochtige kamer. Kleren werden klam en handdoeken droogden niet goed. Maar dit is ook voornamelijk gewoon door het gebied. Bij aankomst helaas nog geen informatie ontvangen over hoe binnen te komen. Na een belletje dit wel gekregen.

Nice and quiet area with good facilities including a kitchen area with utensils and basic cooking supplies.

Finding the location was a little confusing with google maps, wish there were clearer directions at check in.

Easy walk to town. Decent neighborhood, quiet area.

No staff. Lack of attention to details. Coffee center only had 2 coffee pods, tea and coffee never replenished. Hallways not swept, accumulation of dead bugs increased daily. Bath towels well used, pulled threads, heavily bleach streaked. Extra pillows smelled sour, unusable. Shower leaks onto floor.

todo perfecto, lugar súper agradable y muy acogedor, te sientes como en casa

la nevera en las habitaciones a pesar de resultar muy cómoda es un poco pequeña (aunque para unos días es más que suficiente)

Great place. Good location, good communication. Clean and comfortable. Very nice common kitchen.
