Casa decorada con muy buen gusto y que mantiene la esencia de lo que era però con las comodidades de ahora.

Que booking ne prévienne pas de l absence totale de personnel autre que celle d un Préposé au bout d un téléphone. Remplir des papiers administratifs sur votre telephone coincé dans un minuscule hall dont le code d entrée ne sera acquis qu'a l issu des formalités administratives...est un vrai calvaire que l on pourrait éviter en remplissant les dites formalités au moment de la réservation. Heureusement que nous, comme la personne au tel, avons eu beaucoup d humour et de patience...la langue étant une barrière de plus. Il nous a fallu 60 mn pour arriver à " conclure "!

La habitación muy espaciosa, decoración rural, la cama muy cómoda. Te dan un código para entrar a la casa y a la habitación, y hace todo muy autónomo

The room was as expected and reflected the photos online.

This hotel uses an online check-in that provides an access code for the door. It would be helpful if this was noted on the booking site. We booked last minute with check-in taking almost three hours from the time our booking was made until we actually got into our room. Despite numerous attempts to contact the staff, no response occurred until we complained to booking.com. The check-in process, once we gained access was cumbersome and not for those who have difficulties with technology or who have limited access to technology. The room was very warm when we finally gained access and with no AC, our only option was to open windows. Unfortunately, this meant dealing with mosquitoes and the hourly bell ringing from the nearby cathedral throughout the night.
