Staff were attentive and responsive, happy to answer questions. Location is convenient for the Cotswolds Way.

Spacious and warm. Great base for visiting Bath Xmas market.

The boiler was particularly noisy and did smell but maybe that’s the price you pay to be warm!

Carpet in the bathroom is an interesting choice, but it gave us a laugh 😭😅

The house was quite dirty. We didn't want to touch anything in the kitchen. Dishwasher was mouldy, kitchen counter dirty, microwave oven smelly and clearly on its last legs. Very sad looking flowers in the vase in dirty and smelly water. Not to mention the bathrooms...all the taps were full of limescale, mould on the ceiling, and disgusting shower curtains... It's such a shame. It would be a lovely cottage if the owner would invest into it. Clearly, it is just a money-making machine. I would definitely start with a proper deep clean!!!

This is a converted inn so it is an interesting place to stay with lots of old world charm. The house was reasonably clean and the hosts were nice when our heating stopped working. Great wifi and lots of information provided about the surrounds.

The house smells a bit because it is old but an open window or two helped with that. We thought that the kitchen could do with a deep clean and some new utensils etc. (Do not open the dishwasher!) The heating didn't work while we were there, so the host had to come in to try to fix it, the hot water was fixed but not the heating and some portable heating was provided. It wasn't too cold though. Most of the furniture seems to be very second-hand, not always in an authentic/ cool old inn way, and very well used (not including mattresses though they were newer).

Location was perfect for us walking the Cotswolds way.Beds were clean and comfy,lots of space.Host was very quick to communicate and really helpful on our arrival day

We weren't able to work out how to get the heating on.Maybe a little instruction manual for the house would be helpful.Didn't message the host as we were only there one night and not a huge problem, just a bit chilly!

So quaint - could imagine the building as a pub - great features. Comfy stay, good showers.

It was very charming place to stay with lots on interest things to look at.

It was a bit of a tight bend to get into carpark but was ok .
