Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Maurizio qui nous a donné plein d'explications sur les environs. La maison est toute équipée, elle était très propre, le jardin est très agréable, rien à dire. Je vous conseille vivement !

Fantastic property. Lots of space. Beautiful garden and views of the ocean. We had a fantastic two week stay in summer 2025. The neighbourhood is quiet. It is a 10 minute drive from the nearby town of Pula, which has great restaurants and activity in the evenings. It is a 15 minute drive from local beaches. It is easy to travel around the nearby parts of Sardinia. We highly recommend this property! Maurizio met us at the property, gave us the keys, and was always very responsive when we had questions - thank you!

"Great accommodation and an amazing host"

Fabio is such a great host, really helpful and always available for tips and suggestions. The house is located in a quiet area, but the city of Pula with supermarkets, restaurants etc. is merely 10 minutes away by car. Also a good location to reach some of the best beaches of the South of Sardinia.

Location, near the sea and the centre of Pula, not far from Cagliari and the airport Bedroom upstairs has its own toilett In the house is everything you need to cook, there is a grill in the backyard Perfect view, especially from upstairs bedroom Very nice and helpful host- thank you Fabio!

One day it was raining and the water came somehow to the bathroom downstairs.
