Nulla, peccato che manca l’aria condizionata ma non per volontà della proprietaria visto che si tratta di una struttura dell’800

È una struttura bellissima, immersa nel verde e con una bella piscina per rilassarsi… lo staff è eccezionale, la colazione ottima, le stanze belle e ben arredate

Forse l’assenza dell’aria condizionata poiché essendo le camere al primo e ultimo piano sono un po’ calde. C’è la possibilità di usufruire di un frigorifero in comune con gli altri ospiti ma sarebbe meglio averne uno in stanza. Il personale è assente nel pomeriggio e la sera… sarebbe bello se ci fosse qualcuno per avere magari un drink o un aperitivo

Buona la colazione e l'accoglienza e la disponibilità della receptionista Margherita e della signora che si iccupa delle pulizie.

Piscina sporca. Tubo del phon doccia rotto. Assenza di tv in camera ma la cosa peggiore è che non c'è aria comdizionata ma solo uno stupido ventilatore.

The Breakfast was really good, nice selection of pastries and some fruit and coffee :) The owners were really friendly and accomadating as well.

The room was very warm, they did provide a fan but still warm. The bed was a bit stiff also.

Beautifully authentic Tuscan villa and stylishly decorated. Spacious room and large bathroom (Ginestra suite). Stunning views. Swimming pool.

The house and the rooms are beautiful. The staff is really kind and arranged a restaurant for dinner. We could also check out a bit later and hangout at the pool. Breakfast was delicious.

There is a rooster (in the property?) and he woke us up quite early.. The pool was full of insects, which we cleaned a bit ourselves. There were no amenities in the bathroom.
