Please inform Villa Parenthese in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 1500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that guests must inform the property in advance of their expected arrival time. Guests arriving later than their expected arrival time are requested to inform the property at least 1 hour in advance. An extra charge of EUR 20 per hour may apply for guests arriving later than their stated arrival time. Please note that a person with a dog lives on site. Managed by a private host
