Went here with two rooms booked - one for a double bed, one with a single bed. The single bedroom had a broken AC, so they gave my friends the next room. Next day, they charged us 480k instead of 430k. I asked why the price was different, and they said it was because my friends request to move to a double bed room, which is a lie as later I asked my friends to confirm it. Later, I found out from an email from Booking. The email said that our stay was cancelled. We did not cancel the stay and had to pay extra 50k for their room issue. They charge us more money and lie about our cancellation to avoid the fee for Booking.com, which hurts my credit on Booking.com If you go here, not only are you being scammed money, but the owners will also get you flagged for the sake of more money! 0/10, do not go here for your own sake. Update based on the owner's reply: We, five people, are all Vietnamese. You asked for IDs (căn cước công dân) and Vietnamese passports - all of them showed we are Vietnamese, which is why we stayed there. The owner was the one who replied we are foreigners, even though he had all of our Vietnamese IDs. Another dishonest action from the owner. Chúng tôi nói tiếng Việt với chủ nhà ngay từ đầu và do nơi này ở sát biên giới nên mỗi người phải đưa riêng một căn cước/ hộ chiếu Việt Nam. Chủ nhà đã chụp ảnh căn cước/ hộ chiếu của từng người trong nhóm và biết rõ chúng tôi là người Việt Nam. Tôi không muốn viết một đánh giá tệ nhưng việc chủ nhà báo với booking sai sự thật là tôi không đến đã ảnh hưởng đến điểm uy tín của tôi trên booking. Khi chủ nhà gian dối làm tổn hại đến khách hàng để kiếm lợi thì tôi buộc phải lên tiếng.

room is not soundproof, room in basement can be smelly

I dont like ro stay under the ground, so I pay more to change. But the services are not many.
