Nothing 1st when we enter they rooms were not clean not been prepared and they never gave us there teams and conditions we never there

We did not get shower jells,soaps and shower caps

There was no electricity the whole time. Generator only operates for 2hrs. Had to shower in cold water throughout my stay

The staff are more welcoming and caring.

We have encountered a problem on our arrival it took us more 30 minutes to be taken to our room. we were unable to use bath, bath tap missing. We have used a shower. We have to sleep a TV on the remote was no were to be found.

The room was 100 percent clean and organized. Hot water.

It's winter the room should be warm with some heater/air con at least. Upgrade your kitchen can't be 2 plates and 3 pots, it's a no for me.

There was no breakfast and we were not told that we must pay breakfast before. It looked as if we were not expected. The room does not qualify to be in suite. The issue of dogs patrolling at night was also irritating

Everything, the place must also be renovated

The garden is very need and well maintained. We slept warm.

Water leaking from the fridge on the floor, one large & one small towel between my wife and I, one toilet roll, no soap & shampoo, no bed lights, poor quality matrass, coffee & cups, but no kettle for boiling water, door lock loose, light switches loose, I question the 3-starts rating?

The location is secluded and very quiet. Not too much activity around, we enjoyed having the space as if it belonged to us only. The swimming pool, lapa area and garden.

There was no housekeeping and no communication about it.
