The property is old needs new investment

Bathroom. The first room had cold water only. The shower heads are old need new one. The rooms have no aircons.

The rooms are big.

Arrived after 7 and the staff had knocked off and the security was the night duty reception, asking all kinds of irrelevant questions around why my booking doesnt have a room number. I waited 15 minutes in the cold as security went to wake up someone who had an idea how to confirm my booking. Eventually my booking was found and i was taken to my room and there was no outside lighting. The security had to shine a torch for me to see. The room was large and cold, no heater, no aircon, no kettle, no glasses to drink beverages, the tv was not working well and was fixed to channel 100, there was just one blanket to fight the cold. I hardly slept as i was freezing. Had a hot water bottle which was useless cos there is no kettle. Woke up, bathed and left as soon as i could. Def not visiting that place anytime soon.
