Friendly staff, clean facility and bed.

Decoder was not paid for, so had no access to the tv. The bed we were provided with had no headboard vs the one shown on the booking site and rather made sleeping uncomfortable. As our booking was an emergency and not planned, we had hoped to use their complimentary toiletries but none were provided and we had to improvise. The decor was a little disappointing and I don’t feel we got our money’s worth out of the price we paid. There will be no other visits there unfortunately.
