Filoxenos Estia-Houses

Excellent location with nice view, Managing agent very pleasant. Spacious 2 bedroom apartment.

Our main issue with the home is that the entire area has a water source problem. The water is very hard and very salty. You cannot drink the water. The salt levels are very high. Some of the plumbing fixtures in the kitchen and bathrooms need maintenance. Had to buy 1.5 liter bottled water from local supermarket for all necessary kitchen needs (Washing dishes, utensil’s and cups), for bathroom needs (like brushing teeth, etc). I recommend this property, if water is not a problem for you.

Localisation is ideal for anyone wanting to set aside city's fury. We don't have a car so we had to walk and it's great if you like it. A small sea cove is located 5-10 minutes walking, otherwise you have paralia Konoupiou with a 30 minutes walk and city of Porto Heli with a 30 minutes walk as well. The nearby countryside is really nice to watch. We'll definitely come again

The outdoor space of Filoxenos Estia was huge. Perfect for BBQ. Both houses have an insane sea view. The neighborhood was super peaceful too, which made it even easier to relax and feel at home. Inside the house was really comfy and it had everything we needed. Moreover, it was extremely clean. It was one of those spots you never want to leave. Thank you!

The house was exceptionally clean and well-kept. Bedrooms were comfortable and nicely decorated, and the view was stunning. The design of the house is both functional and beautiful, with great attention to architecture. The hosts were very polite and welcoming. Overall, excellent value for money. Highly recommended and great place for homeworking.

Beautiful and quiet location. Private parking. Air conditioning in every room. Great outdoor space with big tables and a fireplace.

BEWARE: ONLY SALT WATER!!! IT WAS NOT NOTED ANYWHERE !!!! YOU CANNOT WASH CLOTHES. YOU CANNOT WASH DISHES. YOU CANNOT TAKE A BATH AFTER THE BEACH TO WASH THE SALT OFF YOU. We were told that the whole area is like this but anywhere we went nearby there was fresh water even at one of the beaches!!! If we knew this we wouldn't have booked the place. Beds are just stuffed in the living room to appear that it can host more people. Houses and cutlery were not clean on our check in. Not enough towels/sheets. A lady brought new ones a few days later. Broken/Not working showers, lamps etc The place has great potential but it looks like it is managed very poorly. Overall would not recommend unless all issues are addressed.

We stayed at Filoxenos Estia - Krystallos for 3 nights towards end of August 2022. The first impression is the beautiful olive grove with pine trees around. Then the houses which are twin buildings located in the middle of the grove, with a chic design both inside and out. The house is very spacious, cozy αnd beautifully decorated. The view from the veranda is outstanding, the whole golf of Petrothalassa lying for kilometres till the horizon. The whole area is very quiet and peaceful. It gets even better when you realise that the nearest beaches are less than 10 minutes' walk from the house: one more crowded next to the near-by hotel, a smaller one which is practically private!

Since a kitchen is available for use, some basic materials for cooking would be welcome.

Beautiful house in the country, very close to the sea and the town. Hosts VERY polite and helpful. Great stay really.
