"Lovely staff and delicious pizza"

It is easy to find, very nice buildings, lovely restaurant with nice staff. The pizza was excellent, what we had for dinner. The bed was comfortable, the view was amazing to Etna. The staff was nice and welcoming, the atmosphere of the restaurant is authentic. Breakfast is really italian, only sweets, but was nice and enough.

The room had shortage of sockets, so we either had heating, tv or fridge. These three had one socket only. There were two other sockets in the rooms for the bed lamps. Only shampoo and soap, no shower gel and no hair dryer.

"Relaxing stay immersed in nature."

Location is ideal for a peaceful holiday. It's immersed in nature with great views. On site restaurant is good. Provided gluten free alternatives. Staff is helpful

Would have liked a coffee making machine in the room.

"Amazing views"

Very peaceful, friendly staff and the delicious food.

The water pressure was really low so really hard to wash your hair. And towels were not changed through out our 4 day stay.

"A great way to start our holiday."

Fantastic views across the valley with Mount Etna in background. A great restaurant with the best pizza we have ever eaten. Popular with locals. Very friendly staff.

Pool needed a little attention.

"Not a place for a couple."

Nice view

They had a party on the property in the middle of the night with a ton of guests and really loud music. Then they had another one the following afternoon. We cut our visit short. We got a refund for the night we cancelled.

"The nice place away from it all, exceptional views of Mt. Etna and the valley underneath."

All was great and amazing, we had room with balcony facing Etna with stunning views of the valley. It has a very nice big pool. We stayed there for 2 nights but I would stay more next visit place is so relaxing. Food in the restaurant is very good and it varies from pasta to pizza, salads and meats. Prices are very reasonable. Thanks to Andrea and his wife for the recommendations and also big thanks to the staff. I HIGHLY recommend this place.....

Breakfast was Ok but it could have some other more items added to it

"Superb"

9.0

Part of a big pizzeria were also locals eat. Room with an amazing view of the valley and Etna. Made us tasty pancakes for breakfast so we have energy to ride up Etna on bike.
