"I’d say, a good value for the price if you could manage the downsides."

Floor heating on ground floor. Was very comfortable. Privacy, no neighbours. Enough space to park 4 cars. Very spacious 2nd floor, slightly cold, but manageable.

Constant electric shock on the shower, and toilet. The hot tub was not heating up properly after burning wood for 4 hours. Very small water boiler for the size of the house.

Neighborhood was nice.

No coffee machine despite the description. Shower area was filled with black mold!!! No plates, glasses or mugs neither forks, knives or spoons (beds for 10+ persons). Food making possible only outdoors grill. Unfortunately firewoods were rotten and did not burn.
