Struttura pulita, incantevole la vista e vicino con una decina di minuti di macchina al centro di Castellammare

La disponibilità di posti letto è sopravvalutata. Non è un appartamento adatto a una famiglia di 7/8 persone diversamente da quanto indicato. Infatti siamo stati un po’ stretti nelle stanze. Inoltre per un tale numero di ospiti sarebbero stati necessari due bagni e una cucina meglio attrezzata per permettere di pranzare a casa. Il tavolo grande c’è solo fuori, dentro c’è ma piccolo.

Pour terminer notre voyage nous ne pouvions pas rêver mieux ! 3 nuits chez Laura et sa famille nous ont tous comblés (petites et grands !). Laura est d'une extrême gentillesse, très accueillante, chaleureuse, disponible, nous avons été reçus comme des rois, nous nous sentions comme à la maison. Son appartement situé au-dessus de sa maison était neuf, très bien agencé et équipé, très propre, la terrasse magnifique avec une vue incroyable ! Merci infiniment pour ces beaux souvenirs Laura !

Appartamento bellissimo con aria condizionata e cucina con tutto ciò che serve, vista mozzafiato dalla terrazza. Posizione ottima per raggiungere Castellammare del Golfo in macchina (5 minuti). Laura è una bravissima persona, gentilissima e simpatica. Ci ha dato un sacco di consigli ed è sempre pronta ad aiutare per qualsiasi cosa.

We had a great stay for 2 nights, the place was clean and comfortable and the view from the Terrace was incredible.The host Laura was very nice and super helpful. Great place to stay!!

Castellammare is one of the most beautiful places in Sicily and my favourite so far and the view from the terrace is really lovely. The apartment has the best location, all the rooms overlooking the sea. We chose the apartment when we planned to travel by train and it is accessible to get there from the station in Castellammare, although the street is quite steep in some parts and with no sidewalk, however, the traffic is not so heavy. Finally we decided to rent a car to be more independent and I liked the fact that our car could be parked under a roof and in a shade. The host was very interested in us and caring from the very first moment we booked the apartment. I also liked the first two days when there was no one in the other apartment and we had more privacy then.

Unfortunately, we found out that the neighbourhood is not so quiet, although quite distant from beaches and most of all from the city centre. We didn't mind that much people dining to long hours outside or playing in gardens (also the host's big family living below) but there were parties organised in the house next by with loud music and people who were sharing the yard of the apartment just below our bedrooms. Especially the problem was present in the very small kids bedroom with no air-conditioning where you had to have a window open at night. The double bed was uncomfortable indeed. It was the first place in Italy from many we had visited where there was no water in the fridge for welcome... We also had to ask for toilet paper and shampoo. Additionally we were asked not to use the small terrace (by the way not cleaned in advance) while the other apartment was very close to it but as privacy is a priority for us we found this a disadvantage with the other shared terrace.

Our stay in this apartment was great because Laura gave the best with her hospitality. All house is very clean and tidy. We were provided with all basics and felt very welcomed like we were at relatives. The terrace is shared with other apartment and it didn't give us any inconviniences. All the puctures represent really how this apartment look. During our travel around Sicily we had 5 different apartments on different locations. We only saw at Laura's home selected garbage in fully organized system like in hotels where guests don't need to run around looking for collection centres. Anyway, it should be noted that the apartment is very bright and fresh air flows. This family gave a home to two dogs and few cats that are not disturbing anyone but if you want hang with them, they are open to get friendly. Laura and her husband gave us lots of useful informations for exploring Sicily. For a first time in my life during my travels l left my son sleeping at the apartment while my husband and l were absent for a few hours. Overall, our impressions are great, we felt safe, the view is magnificent and we had lovely time at this place with positive energy.

Amazing host Laura and beautiful view 🤩 we love it! Everything you need in the house. Large spacious rooms and huge bathroom. Great organization, piloted gate, space for car absolutely smooth. Separate entrance, peace and quiet. Highly recommended 😍
