We so enjoyed the homemade jams and various cheeses provided for breakfast. The homemade cakes were an unexpected treat.

I missed making espresso. The drip pot provided was disappointing.

Probably the best stay we had in Portugal. Dona Luísa was always available and friendly. She received us with outstanding hospitality and we felt immediately home. The breakfasts, bread and homemade cakes she left fresh everyday were delicious and varied! The house is in very god condition and ideally placed in the beautiful village of Soajo, with scenic landscapes all around. Every detail is very traditional and tasteful. Very comfortable and very very clean, a real home! Way better than in the pictures.
