La casa está bien equipada.Es practica,limpia y bonita.Hecha a capricho!!! Y las vistas son de 10. Y Nieves la propietaria es muy agradable y servicial!!!

El acceso a la casa, la salida de ella y mas bien al aparcamiento es un poco complicado si llevas una furgoneta o coche de grandes dimensiones!

La privacidad, la limpieza y la comodidad. Perfecto para relajarte y disfrutar en pareja.

100% recomendable La casa es pequeña pero no le falta nada, tiene buena ubicación y muy buenas vistas Sin duda volvería en caso de regresar a la palma que nos encantó

The house was super nice, causy and clean, while spatulas and very well equipped. The outside area was very super nice with a beautiful view, while not exposed to the neighbours’ view

We chose the "One Bedroom Villa" that's actually the top part of a whole building, where the lower part is the one listed as "Two Bedroom Villa" . The style is original Canarian and the terrace is amazing, sunny and facing the port and the mountain. The position is perfect, a few km from Santa Cruz and near many supermarkets (if you are by car). We really appreciated the furniture, the kitchen and the Canarian windows.

The photos are a bit mixed up between the part in use for the One Bedroom and Two Bedroom apartment. The barbecue is for use only of the "Two Bedroom Villa" listing. The kitchen drain fills the living room with a bad smell, unfortunately. Some form of heating would be appreciated in winter, there is none. The shower curtain is very very uncomfortable.

Nice view from the apartment, good parking, all necessities included. Good location to explore the island. Very comfortable stay.

Shower curtain sticks to you no matter what you do! Drive in and out not for the faint hearted - get a small car!

It is an apartment located in a villa. One bedroom faces the terrace and swimming pool. The bathroom is large and comfortable. The kitchen is located at the back of the apartment. There is no living room, its function is performed by a part of the kitchen at the entrance to the apartment. The apartment has a beautiful view from the terrace. The facilities are not new but sufficient.

Some new kitchen equipment and refreshing the apartment would be useful, but it is not something urgent. The electric pole blocking the view should be removed (it's a joke :-))
