Please note: - After booking, you will receive an email from the property with payment and key pick-up instructions. - You are advised to bring your own vehicle as the property is not serviced by public transport. - The property only accepts pets in the "Two bedroom house" and the property only accepts 1 dog with an additional fee of 25 EUR and the "Five bedroom house" the pets are not allowed. - DEPOSIT WILL BE REQUESTED FOR DAMAGES AT THE ENTRANCE IN THE TWO BEDROOM HOUSE IT WILL BE 50 EUROS IN THE FIVE BEDROOM HOUSE IT WILL BE 200 EUROS THE RETURN WILL BE ON DEPARTURE AND THE DEPOSIT WILL BE PAID IN CASH. - The property will only accommodate the number of guests specified in the booking confirmation. - Please note that additional guests above the maximum unit occupancy will incur an additional charge of 35 EUROS per person and per night.
