May stay and the house was freezing. We were told the heating didn’t work! Why lease it out!! Went to have a shower and no water. Owner did their best to rectify Owners moved us to another property they owned but we had to leave a day earlier and find other accommodation. We moved 3 times in 5 days. We received a refund for the last night but were refused a refund for the inconvenience of our first night

Sassi bianchi is very dated, run down and hard to find. Rooms are dark and unwelcoming. Facilities were terrible, gardens were unkempt. Tennis court was unusable. No beautiful Tuscan views at all. The picture you see in the ad is an aerial view of the property only. It doesn’t look like that now. Owner claims to speak English but doesn’t
