Très bel endroit, admirablement décoré dans un écrin traditionnel

Il serait prudent d'annoncer que cet hébergement se situe au dernier étage (presque 3) avec des escaliers en pierre assez raides et surtout pas d'ascenseur. Alors quand vous restez plusieurs nuits, la valise devient très lourde et l'hôte ne vient pas à votre secours !

Fransceco was an amazing host, his place is wonderful and breakfast was excellent! Could not ask for a better place to stay.

Lovely apartment, modern but traditional. More of a 4 star than 3 Our host was very helpful on local places to visit. Great breakfast would definitely recommend Beautiful views from the village

La Casa Di Adelina is beautiful place, cozy and charming, with a separate rooms with bathroom and common kitchen and sitting room. Decoration is supreme, keeping the charm of the old stone house (centuries!) with wood & brick ceilings, combined with modern lamps, furniture or other details. Not need to mention its very clean, of course. We just loved it. La Casa is in the center of very beautiful small Tuscany hill town, that have a life of its own beyond tourists (not crowded) with a few nice restaurants. Excellent position for exploring Val d'Orcia region. Also, the parking situated out of city walls as usual for hill top cities, has a lot of space (we stayed in September). You can drive up to the house when you arrive/live for leave the baggage, the rest of time your car is in the parking at the entrance of the city/village with a small walk (uphill, though) to the city and La Casa Di Adelina. We have breakfast included in price and it was excellent, not only tasteful, but also served with taste, in hand made ceramic, in the beautiful room overlooking through windows the roofs of the old city. Out host, Francesco, is good English speaker, La Casa is his family house, so he had a lot of useful information about exploring the region, and readiness to share it with us. The whole impression is so good that I readily close the eye to the very small imperfections, and give it pure 10.

Staying in a house from around 1300 was such a privilege and made the whole experience feel authentic and special. We had everything we needed, and the breakfast that Francesco made fresh each morning was perfect and so tasty. He’s a fantastic host, welcoming and helpful. Montichiello itself is a beautiful little village with so much charm. Maybe towels could be replaced a bit more often, but honestly everything else was wonderful.

Harmonisation of guest house with ancestral home in which generous, vivacious hospitality is offered by personable descendant of family that has inhabited it for generations—and still does.
