Quinta bem cuidada ,com lindo relvado, árvores e passarinhos .

Espaço pequeno e banho igualmente muito pequeno. Pouca exposição solar e muito poucos utensílios na Kitchenette. Barulho de manhã cedo com reparações na porta do apartamento do lado.
