The view was great - both from the pool area and from the sitting area in the garden. The villa is on top of the hill with very nice view towards hills. Everything was super clean and well maintained indoors and in the garden. Each room had air-conditioner. Ask for a room on ground floor with easier access to terrace/sitting place.

Nothing really. It was a very lovely place. Would definitely come back. (Just a suggestion for villa admins - it would be helpful to get some more info on places to see around, activities for families and restaurants to visit. We got some help, but it was limited.)

Amazing view, nice staff, pool was great! Breakfast also very good.

Just a honest opinion; - we booked a larger room that was called the apartment. We paid 400 euros more than for a ‘normal’ room and we’re told that our stay was not included breakfast while a simple room had breakfast included, just doesn’t make sense when you pay already 400 euro more. - we stayed 5 days and no one cleaned our room at all during our stay - we got one time new towels during our stay - cold shower every day - Mosquito’s everywhere in our stay, it was so bad that we went to buy a mosquito net. Would be better if this was already in the room - most sunbeds at the pool are broken - we were there when there was a large group of Germans around who ruined literally our relaxing time so bad, that we only stayed one day at the pool and never had dinner at the B&B because they were extremely loud and annoying - There is staff working with a Tuktuk and driving with it before 8 am which wakes us up every morning To be honest, it’s not worth 1150,- euro for 4 nights.

The experience was unique, the staff were very friendly and whatever we asked, we received it :))

Beautiful location, great pool, lovely staff

Stunning location, nice facilities (pool/outdoor seating) available, great communicators, good choice of additional options (breakfast/lunch/dinner/day trips/pasta classes/etc). Claudia was amazing and super helpful with suggestions along with most of the other staff members we interacted with.

Idyllic setting and convenient for San Gimignano. Our third stay at the property over a number of years and it has retained all of the elements that make it a perfect place to stay. Friendly and can’t do enough for you staff and the addition of dinner to the B&B provides everything you could need for a great place to stay
