"Weekend tranquillo a Foligno"

La posizione è perfetta. Il parcheggio sotto casa gratuito. La proprietaria è gentilissima e pronta a dare consigli utili su Foligno e le zone limitrofe. La casa si trova in una zona tranquilla.

La struttura ha bisogno di essere restaurata soprattutto per quanto riguarda gli infissi...porte e finestre sono da rifare. Il bagno è datato e gli scarichi sono un po' lenti. Ma comunque è tutto funzionante.
