Ein herrlicher Blick auf den See von der sehr geräumigen Terrasse! Restaurants sind mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Die Küche ist aber so ausgestattet, dass das Kochen Spaß macht, zumal man die Produkte aus dem Garten (Agricultura) kaufen kann (sehr leckere Tomaten, Weintrauben zum Kosten gratis). Die Unterkunft ist ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt um Pitigliano, Orvieto, Saturnio usw. zu erkunden. Das Anwesen ist gepflegt. Die Vermieter sehr herzlich und immer ansprechbar.

Struttura molto bella ed accogliente,tutto nuovo! posizione ottima per ciò che occorreva a noi! Camere pulite e silenziose , dotate di tutti i comfort , La proprietaria gentilissima e alla mano.

Metterei una scritta fuori la strada più grande perché non abbiamo ritrovato subito la struttura! E metterei una colazione con prodotti tipici da poter gustare nei tavoli fuori dalla camera ma solamente perché il posto merita davvero e trovi molto relax! meraviglioso!

Posizione ottima con terrazzo vista lago meravigliosa. L’appartamento all’interno: arredato moderno con tutti i confort, soprattutto molto pulito. Raffaella (la titolare) ci ha accolte come una di famiglia. Che dire: come se fossimo a casa….grazie di cuore ♥️

Really nice room. Very clean and with a comfortable bed. The hostess greeted us on arrival and gave us a very warm welcome. The place has a nice view over Lago di Bolsena and as a plus...shade for your car!

Die Lage, der Parkplatz, die Zimmergröße, die Ausstattung, die Klimaanlage und vorallem die sehr weichen Betten (Härtegrad H1) Auch die Gastgeberin ist freundlich und kümmert sich um einen. Übersetzung via ChatGPT notwendig sofern man selber kein italienisch spricht. So habe ich meist über WhatsApp kommuniziert. Klappte hervorragend.

Die Schallisolierung zu den anderen Räumen könnte besser sein. Wer es ganz ruhig erwartet könnte enttäuscht werden. Wir hatten Glück und unsere Nachbarn waren morgens angenehm ruhig.
