B&B Villa Panicucci

The place is located in a wonderful quiet area on the mountain, which offers a wonderful view, panorama, nature, chirping birds. The owners are very nice and helpful. We lived in the bungalows built below the villa, but not in the villa itself. Everything is fine, but there was no hot water, so we didn't wash. Savinnkas pointed out the address of a good restaurant in the evening, where we were really surprised. One of the best restaurants ever. I recommend it to everyone. If we were to come back, we would definitely stay here again. Thank you.

Kein heisses wasser?

Fantastic view, fantastic garden, breakfast, localisation and very nice owner. If we will need to sleep in Livorno, definitely we will use it every time

The accomodation is decent and quiet, it has a nice view to the sea.

Very difficult to reach with a big car, parking was on the public street and always a challenge (we screched the car in some bushes). The closest beach (3-5km) is not the nicest one (and for sure not very child friendly). so we drove aproximately 25 min away in order to find a decent one. The air conditioning was set up on low mode and the remote control did not function at all. The bathroom is not very clean and comfortable, looks cheap and improvized, it requires updates.

Perfect place! So beautiful location, so romantic at the night when there is garden lights :) Really nice and kind welcoming. Everything was perfect. I recommend this place to everyone:)

If you don't have car dont go but it was near livorno with a car :)

The room was very dirty, the bathroom not acceptable, the "breakfast" was a joke, very far from the city, very expensive
