We recently stayed at a guesthouse that exceeded all expectations in terms of cleanliness, organization, and hospitality: everything neatly arranged and thoughtfully prepared. The room was not only clean but also tastefully decorated, creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. Every detail, from fresh linens to labeled amenities, reflected an impressive level of care and organization. Most memorable, however, was the host, who went above and beyond to make us feel at home—warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. It was the kind of stay that makes you wish you could stay longer.

Little walk uphill to proprty, but not really an issue.

The location was super quiet and relaxing, close to a couple of nice pebbly beaches. Parking available in the property. The room was small but well equipped with everything you may need for a few days. Nice shared sitting area with a big sofa outside to relax after dinner.

The bathroom was a bit too small and the bed a bit too hard for my tastes as were the chairs outside in the small patio. The shower leaked a bit do you need to be careful when getting out, it was a bit slippery. I am not sure why there were mugs, cups and silverware in the room as there is no way to wash them except in the bathroom sink…

Very comfortable, clean, and newly furbished room. Mr Giorgos is very kind and helpful.

Very clean room, great hospitality from Mr George and Christos, in a quite area, very close to the center of Agios Nikolaos. We definitely recommend it!
