Lovely staff. Welcomed on arrival and kind wishes as we left. Rooms were spotless, warm and as expected. Welsh cakes on arrival were very welcome.

Owner granted the refund

Arrived early afternoon after booking in an emergency due to illness and seeing there was a restaurant at the hotel. Owner informed us the restaurant only opened on Friday and Saturday and that the hotel were closed until 3pm, which seemed really odd. She then told us that we could go down to the town to eat, all while I'm visibly unwell. She reluctantly did approve the cancellation when i requested it but made it seem really difficult. Not very sympathetic although I do understand we turned up our of the blue but still. Not great.

Loved our stay at Bryn Berwyn, lovely place and great location. Lovely breakfast with full catering for dietary restrictions!

Too many rules and regulations

The property is beautifully and tastefully decorated and it’s immaculately clean inside & out. The staff were so warm, friendly and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble at any time of day. We had a snack in the bar in the evening and lovely breakfast in the morning. Everything was top notch.

There are no negatives. It’s a great family run boutique hotel.

Absolutely perfect stay. Spotlessly clean super comfy bed and the breakfast was 10/10 will defo stay again
