"A fabulous stay in a great location above Las Arenas"

The location is perfect, in a small hamlet with a great view over Las Arenas and the surrounding mountains. Less than 10 minutes to walk to the village center. On-site parking. Watching the cows come home every evening.

Very nice apartment with laundry facilities... Very quiet with lots of friendly dogs and cats to visit with. Two bathrooms was a bonus.

Nothing bad...kitchen area was a little small but we were able to use it just fine.

The location is stunning and extremely peaceful, with a short (steep) walk into the town. The small terrace is a wonderful place to sit. The building looks newly renovated/built including the bathrooms.

The beds could be more comfortable. Kitchen utensils, wine glasses etc are basic/lacking

Es la segunda vez que nos alojamos en esta casa y, una vez más, hemos quedado encantados. El entorno es increíblemente tranquilo y apacible; despertar con el canto de los gallos y disfrutar del silencio es todo un regalo. Las vistas a los Picos de Europa son sencillamente espectaculares. Los vecinos, además, son muy amables y respetuosos. La vivienda se distribuye en dos plantas, unidas por una escalera cómoda. Cuenta con una cocina equipada con lo necesario para cuatro personas, incluyendo lavadora. Las camas resultan confortables; las almohadas son algo blandas, aunque descubrimos el último día que había más disponibles en un armario. Todo estaba impecablemente limpio y la anfitriona siempre atenta a cualquier necesidad. El acceso es muy sencillo y disponer de aparcamiento en la propia casa es una gran ventaja. La ubicación es perfecta para moverse por Asturias y, además, permite acercarse fácilmente a Cantabria, lo que nos ha dado la oportunidad de visitar lugares que teníamos pendientes de la vez anterior. El espacio está muy bien aprovechado y la sensación es la de sentirse como en tu propio hogar.

Da localização e facilidade no check-in Muita facilidade na comunicação com o proprietário que nos avisou inclusive da rotas de caminahdas fechadas devido a incendios. Casa grande, comoda, de fácil acesso, e com uma vista boa.
