In the country quiet and v relaxing with animals

The animals! A great place for the family! The rooms and very comfy beds! The selection of snacks and drinks. Most of all the pool and spa.

It did seem a little expensive compared to other places in the area.

The breakfast have very limited option don't even have eggs , and you need to tell them in advance when you want to use the Turkish bath or sauna so will be hot when you want them , you can't just go when you want Also from booking you can't understand that some of the rooms are in a shared space so I recommend to go o. Rooms were nice

We are Genius level 3 this year and have been in many places. The compound is in the middle of nowhere 10 km outside Castelo Branco. The pool is really small and when another big family is in the pool the whole day from mornings till closing it is ridiculous to think we will be relaxed there. Especially if there are multiple babies and toddlers. We just had to leave there to have some comfort. We paid very much per night and we did not want to be there, there is no place to go to where you can relax except for the small pool. The breakfast was not good. The first day there was very little bread only 3 slices and they were hard and dry. The toppings were warm and simply insufficient. The second day we brought our own bread and food to the breakfast. Bread was better the second day, but same problem with the rest. This time the owner was there and that was a big improvement over the day before, but still not good. We ended up spending the day at the public swimming pool of Castelo Branco where you can relax on the grass in the shade and swim. Another thing is that in one of our rooms there were a lot of mosquitos, we killed around 20 of them, but still the kids got bitten a few times each. The other room had no mosquitos.
