Beautiful home full of art

We stayed at Donde Victor Luna twice in April, once on our way north on the Via de la Plata Camino and a second time before we started the Sanabres Camino. Despite being busy running three locations Victor was an excellent host. Twice he gave us rides to start our Camino day and when we got stranded on our way to his location he went out of his way to rescue us. On the days the local restaurant is closed he cooked a delicious meal for us and 15 others staying at his three locations. Breakfast was at a local restaurant that Victor paid for. We needed our laundry done which he also kindly did. The facilites are good but the real charm is Victor himself. We arrived as guests and left feeling like friends. Gracias Victor

Le seul reproche que je peux faire est le petit-déjeuner, une capsule de confiture en tout et pour tout, c’est léger. Il y avait du pain, du café et du lait. Si vous faites le Camino, prévoyez…l’étape est longue .

Hay una piscina fantastica

La poblacion no tiene servicios, pero el alojamiento proporciona cena y desayuno.

The property is spacious, well equipped, and had a great outdoor area including a pool that we could use. It is located right in the centre of the village, a short walk to two very well stocked shops and also a pharmacy. Our room was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Victor is a very gracious host, and was easy to communicate with. There is no bar currently open in town so Victor offers a delicious two course dinner for €15 including wine, which was great value.
