Casale Ziarelli

Beautiful house on top of a hill with nice views on Assisi and the green surroundings, also at night with the lights of Assisi in the distance. The garden is very large with beautiful large trees. The terrace is big with gorgeous views. The house is spacious and perfectly clean, the beds are very good. The owners are very friendly and helpful, they gave us good tips for sightseeing, restaurants and convenient parking spots in Assisi and Perugia. These cities are about 15 - 20 minutes by car. We loved our stay!

Perfect location for us and our dogs with a spacious living room, very functional kitchen and two large bedrooms and bathrooms. The garden is very pretty and the view of Assisi at night is beautiful. Alessandra is warm, friendly and very helpful.

Great apartment for a family, very clean. Nice area outside to play and relax. Host was super nice and helpful and gave info and good recommendations for restaurants and attractions.

We loved everything about Casale Ziarelli. It started with a warm welcome by the hosts who showed us around. They are both very kind and super helpful. I had a few questions ahead of our stay and all communication was extremely swift, kind and helpful. The apartment is very well equipped and we had everything we needed. Everything is of high standard and super clean. The washing machine was a big plus for us. We enjoyed our meals outside on the lovely terrace. The garden is huge and provides plenty of space to relax or play, the Jacuzzi is a delight. As the August nights were rather hot, we appreciated the AC which was working perfectly. We would love to come again.

If anything at all, it's just the weak WiFi, especially in the room towards the back (we have teenage children ;). Everything else is above Italian standard and absolutely fabulous. Thank you!
