1. 離關山火車站與鬧區距離適中； 2. 密碼鎖方便同行旅人自由進出活動； 3. 床鋪超好睡，而且床頭櫃有小燈與充電插座，相當方便同行旅人作息。

浴室的浴簾長度寬度不夠，加上沒有對外窗，較為潮濕。
