It was slightly out of town - so quieter traffic noise wise.It had everything I needed.

I could hear the hosts when I went to sleep, I could hear footsteps above the room.

The Studio was very clean, compact but very comfortable. The hosts, Bruce and Wendy are very friendly and we had complimentary milk, bottled water tea and coffee machine with milk frother which was a lovely touch. There is a microwave and toaster. The setting is beautiful; I would love to wake up to the view from the studio every morning! It's convenient for the Waitangi Treaty Grounds and Pahia where you can take boat trips out to the islands or across the bay to Russell, a quaint seaside town. All I can say is you will not be disappointed if you stay at the studio.

Nothing we didn't like. You cannot cook meals just buy microwavable ones or better still go out to eat.
