Casas rurales LAS TIAS I

Eine sehr gut ausgestattete Casa, mit tollem Blick auf den Atlantik. Ohne Auto ist die Anreise allerdings nicht möglich. Wir wurden mit Obst und Wein am Anreisetag begrüßt. Herzlichen Dank dafür an Ana.

Die Erreichbarkeit von Restaurants ist zu Fuss schwierig, teils auch nicht möglich. Steiles Gelände. Einige Küchengeräte könnten ausgetauscht werden.

Das Haus ist liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet und auf der Terrasse lässt es sich gut entspannen. Die Aussicht auf das Meer ist fantastisch. Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht, ist hier richtig. Ana, die Besitzerin des Hauses, ist sehr freundlich, immer erreichbar und antwortet auf Fragen sofort. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und wären gern länger geblieben.

Es war alles perfekt

Gorgeous, peaceful location with a great view. Well-kept garden, calm surroundings, and convenient parking. The setting is truly lovely and has a lot of potential. (It takes about 30 minutes of winding road to get down to the city, but the view is worth it.)

The fridge was completely broken from the moment we arrived. The host didn’t believe us and told us not to open it instead of offering help. A technician later confirmed it was non-functional, but it was never replaced. As a result, all of our food – including meat and dairy – spoiled, and we had to throw everything away. The host showed zero willingness to offer any compensation, not even for the ruined groceries. Communication was only possible in Spanish, and after the first messages, the host stopped responding altogether. The oven caused full power outages every time it was turned on. The stovetop only worked partially – several knobs were broken and unusable. Heaters had damaged controls and were unsafe; using them also triggered power failures. The property listing mentions three bathrooms, but there was only one in reality. The host was dismissive, unresponsive, and showed no interest in fixing anything. A shame, because the place could have been great – but under these conditions, I strongly advise against staying here.

Ana gave us the house at the bottom of the property - it has a big terrace with an amazing view over the sea (perfect for sunset). At night you can lie on the outside furniture and look at the stars, it's just beautiful. The house has everything you need, supermarkets are close by and regarding getting places on the island, it's as good a starting point as any.

Nothing, just loved it. I didn't take nice pics unfortunately, so my uploaded ones only give a limited impression....but it's just beautiful. Gonna send my parents there too ^^.

Fantastic sea view, beautiful garden, cosy house and friendly landlady.

At 600 metres above sea level, it was quite cool in the mornings and evenings (February).
